Refund Policy

At Mobile Detailz, our secure online payment option is to be used to make payment for services rendered. You will receive a receipt from our secure online payment system. We charge a 3.5% convenience fee. We provide alternative payment options if you wish to elude the 3.5% convenience fee.

The payments made via our secure online payment option are subject to the following refund policy: There will be no refunds, unless it was an accidental duplicate payment. In such case, we will send you the refund via check via mail within 3 - 5 business days.
