We are looking for an experienced and dependable Lead Technician to join our growing team. This individual will oversee daily detailing operations, perform high-quality detailing services, and help ensure every job meets our company's standards.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate has hands-on automotive detailing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to guide team members while maintaining an organized and efficient workflow. As a Lead Technician, you will play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining equipment, and representing Mobile Detailz professionally at every service location.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and coordinate daily mobile detailing jobs, ensuring services are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
- Perform professional interior and exterior detailing, washing, polishing, and other assigned vehicle care services.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
- Guide, train, and support other technicians to maintain high-quality workmanship and proper detailing techniques.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain detailing equipment, tools, and supplies before and after each job.
- Travel to customer locations and ensure all scheduled appointments are handled professionally and on time.
- Communicate with customers regarding services, expectations, and any concerns that may arise.
- Identify opportunities to improve detailing results, workflow, and overall service quality.
- Follow proper procedures for handling vehicles, detailing products, and equipment.
- Represent Mobile Detailz with professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For in a Lead Technician:
- Previous professional automotive detailing experience, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle washing, interior and exterior detailing, polishing, and paint care techniques.
- Leadership skills and the ability to train, motivate, and support team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- A dependable, proactive, and professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while managing daily responsibilities and coordinating with a team.
- Valid driver's license and a responsible driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors, travel to customer locations, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on customer appointments and business needs.
